Meet The Staff
Once you have come to the conclusion to have plastic surgery, the most vital decision to make will be the surgeon you choose. Christina Allen
I have been a Registered Nurse for 11 years. I have worked in the OB area, emergency room, and pediatrics before coming to work at Turning Pointe Surgery Center for Dr. Hiatt in 2004. When I am not working I enjoy camping, rodeos, and the outdoors with my husband and 3 children.
Cindy Allen
I have always been intrigued and had a desire to work in the medical field. After raising 8 children I went back to school to become a Surgical Technician. It’s never too late! I have been working with Dr. Hiatt for almost 3 years. I’m very passionate about my job and have the pleasure of assisting Dr. Hiatt in Surgery. In my spare time, I enjoy being with a very supportive husband, 14 grandchildren, sewing and cooking.
Lindalee Clement
I am the Skin Laser Technician for Dr. Hiatt and am certified for Laser Hair Removal, Photofacial, and skin care. I have been taking care of laser hair and skin patients since 1999. I enjoy helping patients to have confidence in their appearance, helping them to overcome embarrassing issues with hair and skin. It feels good to be a part of that process.

I have been working for Dr. Hiatt and Turning Pointe Surgery Center since 2003. I completed my RN training at Mesa Community College in 1997. I am so thankful for the opportunity to work for Dr. Hiatt. I have learned so much about Plastic Surgery and the benefits and wonderful procedures available to those wanting to better themselves. I feel very confident in referring family, friends and strangers I meet to the services provided at our office. I hope to continue working with the wonderful staff who have become like family to me for many more years. In addition, I have a wonderful husband and 5 children. We love to spend our spare time camping, traveling, and just being together.

I have been a part of Dr. Hiatt’s staff since February of 2006. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 children. It is such a privilege to work for such an incredibly talented surgeon and a great pleasure to work with such a professional and caring team. The staff here, at Dr. Hiatt’s office aren’t just my co-workers they are like family to me and this family feeling is felt by all those who come to Dr. Hiatt’s office. As one of the first to greet you in the front office, I will do all that I can, along with the rest of our staff to help you to feel this same comforting atmosphere and have a positive experience. I will assist you with your appointment needs and help prepare you for your upcoming surgery, as well as help assist you with any financial concerns that you may have.
